Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
ICON® EVs (Manufacturer) warrants each ICON® EV branded golf cart sold by ICON® EV or any of its authorized dealers or distributors—worldwide, to be free of defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale. Within the warranty time frame, subject to the issues listed below, ICON® EV will repair or replace the golf cart and/or parts of the golf cart if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

Evolution Electric Vehicles have a 2-year warranty on parts and labor & a lifetime guarantee on the chassis, against rust. We boast a 5 year warranty on the lithium Battery. The vehicle warranty is provided by HDK.

Kodiak Warranty
Kodiak® EV’s (Manufacturer) warrants each Kodiak® EV branded golf cart sold by Kodiak® EV or any of its authorized dealers or distributor to be free of defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale. Within the 2 year timeframe subject to the issues listed in the warranty registration form, Kodiak® EV will repair or replace the golf cart and/or parts of the golf cart if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship.

RoyPow Battery Warranty
The warranty is for LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery ONLY.
RoyPow (USA) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Manufacturer”) warranties each RoyPow® branded battery sold by RoyPow or any of its authorized distributors or dealers in the United States (“Battery”) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a duration period of 5 years, after the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the “Warranty Period”).
If your battery fails due to a defect during the Warranty Period, you may obtain a free relevant after-sales maintenance service.
Any replacement batteries or accessories you obtain under this Limited Warranty must be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original ones.
The warranty replacement value (item price on proof of purchase) will start from the date of purchase and subsequently decrease at a monthly rate of 1.67% until the end of year 5 is reached.
LIMITED 4-YEAR WARRANTY FOR VIVID Electric Vehicles
VIVID EV hereby warrants that any new VIVID EV Electric Vehicle purchased from VIVID EV, or an Authorized Dealer in the United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for FOUR years from date of purchase, subject to the stated limitations. DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY, any authorized VIVID EV service technician, dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace, at VIVID EV’s option, any part adjudged defective by VIVID EV due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the vehicle’s warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of VIVID EV.

EXCLUSIONS from this Warranty shall include any failures caused by:
- Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse, including lack of proper maintenance, and use contrary to the Owner’s/Operator’s Manual instructions.
- Accident or collision damage.
- Installation of parts or accessories that are not original equipment.
- Fading, rust, or deterioration due to exposure or ordinary wear and tear.
- Modifications or alterations that affect the car’s condition, operation, performance, or durability, or which makes the car serve a purpose other than use as a two-person, golf course vehicle.
- Damage due to improper transportation.
- Acts of God, i.e. lightning, hail damage, flooding, fire, etc.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance, including oil and air filter elements, brake shoes, tire wear, spark plugs, starter and clutch drive belts. Any charges incurred in transporting a golf car or charger to and from an authorized VIVID EV dealer for service or in performing field service are also excluded from this warranty.
THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY under this warranty shall be to operate and maintain the golf car and charger as specified in the appropriate Owner’s/Operator’s Manual, and give notice to an authorized VIVID EV dealer of any and all apparent defects within ten (10) days after discovery, and make the vehicle or charger available at that time for inspection and repairs by the dealer’s authorized representative.
WARRANTY TRANSFER: Any transfer of warranty must take place within the first three years of the original in-service date of the vehicle. The vehicle must be re-registered by an authorized VIVID EV Dealer within 30 days of transfer. A fee
may be charged for the transfer of the warranty. VIVID EV makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the obligations and time limits stated in this warranty are hereby disclaimed by VIVID EV and excluded from this Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not only apply to you.
Liability Limitations: In no case shall VIVID EV LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to death, personal injury or property damage arising from or related to any alleged failure in a vehicle or battery charger, or any damage or loss to the purchaser or any third party for lost time, inconvenience or any economic loss, whether ot not VIVID EV LLC was apprised of the foreseeability of such damages or losses.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
